This page will contain the program’s full privacy policy, approved by USI Insurance Services, CRC Group, and ComplianceAdvisor prior to launch.

What we collect

The application asks for your name, email address, and telephone number. When you submit it, those details, your answers, and your firm’s public Form ADV information are sent to the program team by email, through our email service provider, so underwriting can review your application and contact you about it. Until you submit, your answers are saved only in your own browser, on your device.

If you contact us through the Contact page, your name, email address, any optional details you add, and your message are sent to the program team by email, through the same email service provider, so they can reply to you.

Our commitments

Information submitted through the eligibility check and application is used solely to evaluate and process your firm’s participation in the program. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is not sold or shared with advertisers. Sensitive application answers are never sent to advertising analytics.
